Can I use pet insurance?

If a pet has any signs or symptoms of a problem before signing up for insurance, it will not be covered. Veterinarians cannot medically or ethically change old medical notes, withhold information, or participate in any attempt to retroactively alter a diagnosis to change coverage.
We do not accept any payments from insurance companies; once you pay your invoice, your insurance will issue you a reimbursement towards the costs you already paid.
